Schedule of Procedures and/or Fees for Fee Approved Specialists

The Schedule of procedures and fees contains codes for procedures for which our policies provide benefit and is based on work undertaken by the Clinical Coding and Schedule Development group (CCSD). The schedule below contains the contracted fees for our fee approved specialists and until 30 September 2015 also applies to our fee limited specialists.

To fully understand our approach to fees you will need to read the introduction to the Schedule of Procedures and fees. This contains important information regarding our billing principles.

Please note consultation fees are included in our Schedule of Procedures and Fees. They can be viewed within Chapter 1 - Consultations, Practitioner Fees, Simple Investigations and Procedures and General Procedures.
